Alvisual: As the first and only product designer, I was deeply involved in business strategy, contributing to cross-functional decisions and learning how design drives product direction in a growing company.
Digdir: Experiencing the consequences of being sidelined UX designer taught me the importance of designers as strategic voices in product development, and pushed me to speak up and step into a leadership mindset.
